Terms and Conditions – Friendly Match vs Thika Vitambi
Playable Surface
The match shall be played on a safe, well-maintained, and approved football playing surface suitable for competitive friendly matches.
Match Officials
The match shall be officiated by three (3) qualified referees, mutually accepted by both teams.
Respect for the Game
Both teams shall uphold the spirit of fair play, discipline, and mutual respect towards opponents, match officials, and spectators. Any form of misconduct may lead to disciplinary action.
Match Duration
The match shall consist of two halves of one (1) hour each, subject to any mutual adjustment agreed upon before kick-off.
Cost Sharing Arrangement
As the host team, we shall cater for 70% of the total match expenses.
The visiting team shall cater for 30% of the total match expenses.
The visiting team’s contribution shall be payable via our Till Number before match day to facilitate proper match arrangements.
Team Kit and Identity
The visiting team shall ensure they are well kitted in a full, clearly identifiable team kit (jerseys, shorts, and socks) for identity, officiating clarity, and professional match presentation.
